This sanctuary is ideal for relaxation and connection with nature.

A Charming Renovation for Modern Tastes 

Dulce's Cake Shop breathes new life into the beloved old Lola Sabel, which served loyal patrons for years. Named after the owner's daughter, this chic renovation features a delightful pastel pink and sage green color palette, complemented by modern furniture that captures the attention of a new market. This inviting cake shop is just steps away from Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, making it a perfect stop for churchgoers and food enthusiasts alike. With a floor area of 70.00 sq.m., the shop includes a kitchen, dining area, service counter, restroom, and storage room. AIVE Architects proudly provided architectural interior and build services for this inspiring transformation, where tradition meets contemporary design. Completed in 2024, Dulce's Cake Shop, still operated by JoAnn's Bakeshop, is ready to delight customers with both sweet treats and a fresh atmosphere, serving foods and breads from JoAnn's.
